QFT9-16 Concrete Products Equipment
Silver Horse QFT9-16 concrete products equipment is equipped with the production flexibility with multiple functions in one machine. By changing molds and adjusting vibration parameters, it can quickly switch between producing various products such as permeable bricks, wall bricks, slope protection bricks, curbstones, and lawn bricks.
Silver Horse block making machine features a short molding cycle and high production capacity: the molding cycle for paving stone (198×98×60/80mm) is 20–25 seconds, with an hourly output of 5,700 to 7,200 pieces (about 110-140㎡). The molding cycle for solid brick (240×115×53mm) is 16–18 seconds, achieving an hourly output of 11,000 to 12,000 pieces. The block making machine has the installed capacity of approximately 70 kW, with the pallet size of 1,250×900 mm and a vibration acceleration reaching up to 28g—significantly exceeding the national premium standard of 12g.
