QFT9-16 Vibration Forming Block Machine
Xi'an Silver Horse QFT9-16 vibration forming block machine adopts ultra-fast frequency conversion and amplitude of variation, vertical directional composite vibration, and air-cushion suspension isolation technology, enabling full-range control of excitation frequency from 0 to 65 Hz. This block machine can produce wall bricks, paving stones, curbstones, and slope protection bricks, among others. The products feature high density and compressive strength exceeding 40 MPa, with an annual production capacity of up to 50 million solid bricks.
Silver Horse block making machine is equipped with multiple air-cushion buffer devices in its vibration system. The working pressure of the air cushions can be freely adjusted within a certain range, preset according to product requirements. This ensures that the excitation force of the vibrator remains unimpeded, allowing the vibration system of QFT9-16 Vibration Forming Block Machine to achieve "soft landing" throughout its entire operating range and under extreme conditions. As a result, optimal vibration isolation and excitation performance are maintained, effectively reducing operational noise and preventing vibrational forces from being transmitted to the frame, thereby extending the service life of the block making machine.
