QFT6-16 Block Machine
Silver Horse QFT6-16 Block Machine is the main model developed by Xi'an Silver Horse Company during its independent innovation phase from 2007 to 2011. It produces six hollow blocks per cycle, with a molding cycle of approximately 18 to 20 seconds and an hourly output of 1,000 to 1,200 pieces. As a medium-to-small-sized equipment, it offers high cost performance and is well-suited for small and medium investors.

1) The QFT6-16 Block Machine features an elegant and stylish design, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. It supports automatic operation, significantly reducing the labor intensity for operators.
2) Equipped with hydraulic and mechanical transmission systems, it offers multiple control functions including automatic, interlocked, and manual modes.
Equipment Advantages
1. Annual production capacity of 80,000 cubic meters of hollow blocks and 40 million solid bricks.
2. Block molding method: vertical directional vibration combined with pressurized vibration, using a fixed top-release molding process.
