QFT6-16 Block production line
The QFT6-16 Block production line produces dense and uniform products, saving cement. The products are precise in size, high in strength, and excellent in quality. The equipment is multi-functional and compatible with various technological processes.
The vibration system of the QFT6-16 Block production line uses frequency conversion for amplitude adjustment, accommodating various materials. Equipped with an intelligent electrical control system for easy operation, it offers three modes for block making: manual, interlocked, and automatic. The products are precise in size, high in strength and good in quality. The equipment is multipurpose and adaptable to different technological processes.
Equipment Advantages
The engine drive of the vibrator adopts a special vibration motor that can change the rotating magnetic field. The frequency conversion function of the vibration system can be realized through the frequency converter. At the same time, the vibration system is equipped with an amplitude variation function to adapt to the requirements of the vibration performance for different light and heavy materials. The main machine's pallet feeder, material distributing, vibration, and demolding components all adopt a modular design, interconnected yet independently adjustable.

Process Flow
The process involves mechanized batching, followed by mixing in a mixer. The material is then conveyed via a transport system to the block making machine. After being formed, the products are transferred to a self-propelled stacker and transported to the storage yard. Once naturally cured, the products can be used. The products are dense and uniform, saving cement.
