The baking-free brick machine features a patented multi-axis servo vibration system with a reasonable layout and compact structure. The vibration system enables variable frequency and amplitude adjustment, with an excitation frequency range of 0–65 Hz.

A multi-axis servo vibration system, in which the frequency and excitation force of the vibration system are controlled by an electric servo control system to achieve optimal vibration liquefaction effect for materials.
The control core of the electrical control system consists of a programmable controller and its expansion modules.
